What homeowners say about Cactus

Geovani was a super star to work with. His team came in and chipped, hauled and gave our pool a major glow up in record time! Three things come to mind when working with Geovani. 1. Customer satisfaction. We originally picked a tile and when we got it, realized it was not it. We picked a new one and were super pumped when it arrived. He handled the return and that process. He wanted us happy. It felt more than just replacing our pool. He cares about what you want! 2. His pricing and quality. Our pool surface is so smooth. No lumps, bumps and they even added our waterline tile in the steps. It’s a unique and beautiful pool. Can’t believe it’s ours! 3. Communication. I loved communicating in Slack. Genius! 10/10 would recommend. His reviews are legit and should we need his services in the future, we won’t hesitate to reach out. That also includes referrals! Attached before and afters. Aqua azul with coldwater tile for the waterline and we did do a bag of glass beads (had them apply more to the steps for that extra ✨ sparkle!).

Cactus Pools did a remodel- pebble tech, tile, new plumbing, refinish of existing concrete and coping this past spring. We are very pleased with the results and the whole process. I was very impressed that they were the only contractor that said that refinishing the existing concrete was an option. Everyone else wanted to demo and relay it, even though we did want to increase the footprint and there were no major issue with the existing. This was a huge savings for us and made so much sense. Gio and crew did a great job!

Very respectful young man.Geovani cares about his company and his clients.Im very happy with the work he was able to perform in my house .They're whole team is amazing, what amazed me is he runs his own in house finish crew !!

I highly recommend Cactus Pools for any pool remodeling project. They do excellent work beginning with design concepts and features to the actual remodeling process. They are knowledgeable in every aspect of pool design and functionality at reasonable prices. The owner and team love what they do and are very artistic in their work. Our pool was remodeled to complete satisfaction.

Had a wonderful experience getting our pool renovated and kool deck replaced. Gio and all of his crew were courteous and professional. My husband and I were beyond pleased and have already recommended the company to friends. The quote was much more reasonable than some of the big name companies but the folks at Cactus pools and stars did not disappoint , in fact they exceeded our expectations. Give them a chance you will be so glad you did. Much better than spending thousands more for a less personal company

Excellent service 10/10 we recommend contracting them!!

Highly recommend working with these guys to have your pool redone. Diego and his crew did an awesome job and knocked it out in a weekend. Quality work that shows and could not be happier with how good our pool turned out. 10/10 job.

I'm so thankful and impressed with Cactus Pools and Spas. Gio and his team turned my old outdated pool onto the perfect pool my family and i wanted. We got to pick exactly what tile we wanted and what pebble. It came out amazing and better than i could have imagined. I would recommend Cactus pools to anyone that needs any pool work done.

Gio and his guys did a great job for us. We had our pool resurfaced, tile redone, deck redone and our water feature repaired. These guys communicated with us the entire process and their finished work looks great. Their prices were considerably better than the rest of the quotes we got and we couldn’t be happier. I’d recommend Cactus pools and Spas to anyone.

We had an amazing experience with this company! They did an outstanding job on our pool! Give this guy a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

We had our pool replastered by Cactus Pools and it turned out better than we thought. There were no issues at all, and we are completed satisfied with the quality of the work. The owner was very friendly and easy to deal with, the job was finished quickly, and it looks great. I would definitely recommend Cactus Pools to anyone...

Geo and his team turned our pool from drab to luxury. He was able to start work quickly after giving us our quote and was extremely efficient with scheduling workers so that there were no delays. We had an issue with our pool coping and Geo and his team were able to make new coping from concrete which is truly an art. The most important thing though is that every single member of the crew was so kind. They talked and played with our kids and they never made us feel bad for asking questions. This was truly the best experience that anyone could ask for and it was the least stressful pool remodel ever. Thank you Cactus Pools for making our dream pool a reality for us.

Saying they are professional and patient does not do this company or it’s crew any justice. From The initial estimate to the moment they walked off my property for the final time, everything went smoothly and I was left with no questions. Even the tedious work, no matter how small It was handled very quickly. I know I won’t need any work in the near future, but when I do or if anyone reading this needs their pool remodeled, resurfaced or repaired, give cactus pools a call. 10 stars out of 10.

They did a great job replacing our old plaster with new mini-pebble and tile. All employees involved were very, knowledgeable, proffesional, respectful, courteous, and did an amazing job including debris removal. All work was completed on time as scheduled. The overall cost was done within our budget and was reasonably priced.

We hired Cactus Pools to remodel our pool and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome. We changed from pebble to plaster, added a tile line, expanded baja shelf and an amazing waterfall feature. First things first… Geo is an amazing young man. He was incredibly professional and made sure our total expectations were met. He handled each detail and made sure we were satisfied. His crews were always on time and did an excellent job. At each step the crews made sure we were satisfied. If not, they made it right. Geo was extremely active during the project and very consultative. He has more pool knowledge than you can imagine. I can’t say enough good things about Geo and his company. Don’t pass up the opportunity to work with them.

This team did great work, literally from top (kooldeck) to bottom (tile, light and acid wash). Efficient, thoughtful, and reasonable work- done right! We're very happy with the results 😁

Amazing work!! Great communication! I would highly recommend

We recently hired Cactus Pools to renovate our pool and were very satisfied with the outcome. Geo and his team exceeded our expectations by updating the tile, resurfacing the pool, and repairing the decking with attention to detail. The improvements have enhanced both the look and usability of our pool, making outdoor time more enjoyable. Throughout the project, Geo was reliable, communicative, and completed everything on time and within budget. I highly recommend Cactus Pools for their quality work and excellent service.

I love the results of my resurfaced pool! The entire process from quote to completion was seamless and fast. I was able to get it done in a very short turnaround in order to be ready for some out-of-town visitors this spring. Highly recommend.

Geo was so great to work with. I had a few issues and he really went above and beyond to get my pool looking beautiful.

We recently hired Cactus Pools and Remodeling for a pebble tec repair at our home in Scottsdale, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The original pebble tec around the stairs had been cracking and breaking away into the pool, and it was in serious need of repair. Giovanni did an outstanding job matching the original pebble tec as closely as possible, making the repair blend seamlessly with the existing finish. His attention to detail was impressive. As an added touch, he incorporated a subtle turtle design into the pebble tec on the stairs, which turned out beautifully and added a unique, custom element to our pool. The workmanship, professionalism, and care throughout the project truly stood out. We are extremely happy with this company and will definitely be calling Gio again when we are ready to resurface our pool in near future. We definitely recommend this company! Thanks Giovani

Got bids from a number of companies and when we met Gio with Cactus Pools we found our guy. They re-pebbletec the pool and also re-cool decked our deck. His guys knew what they were doing and quick about getting it done! I had a couple of questions but Gio explained the process in a professional, understanding manner. Couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out! Highly recommend this company!

This is by far the best pool company to get your pool remodel done. Geo promptly reached out, set up visit, got me a quote, and once we agreed immediately got started 2 weeks after with a 3 week estimate to completion. These guy are quick and efficient and finished ahead of schedule and the results are phenomenal 👏. These guy are honest and hard working and with Geo at the helm you are kept informed throughout the process. All my questions were answered and the finished outcome exceeded my wife and my expectations. Geo added some extra touches that really made it special as well. We are beyond thankful for you and your Team Geo. You guys are the best at what you do!! Thank you!

Giovanni and his in-house team from Cactus Pool Remodeling, LLC did a fantastic job on my pool remodel. They chipped out my old plaster, installed new tile and installed Aqua White Mini Pebble with blue glass. Total remodel only took a little over a week. Communication was on point.

Found them on Instagram a while ago and finally reached out to Geo to refinish our pool. Geo was great to work with, his knowledge at a young age is refreshing. The work was done very fast and not compromising on quality. They cut down the bond beam and added a waterline tile and paver cap. Really transformed our pool with a fresh new pebble tec surface. Highly recommend Cactus pool for all pool related projects. Thanks Geo!

Cactus Pools are the Bees Knees!! Their price was more than fair, their work is fabulous, and the communications clear!! I love my new pool!! I made a few changes and am glad I did. Even these were reasonably priced!!! I would hire them again in a heartbeat and I recommend them to you wholeheartedly if you are thinking of redoing your pool! ( I have no affiliation and have not been pressured to write this. ) you will be happy with all aspects of this company!

Cactus Pools did a fantastic job replastering our pool. Gio was great to work with. The whole process only took 2 days to complete. It was also a lot less expensive than others had quoted us. Thanks guys! BTW, this is a real review from a real customer.

I would recommend Cactus Pool for remodeling your pool. They did a great job in my pool. Their prices are competitive, they completed the work in a timely manner fashion, and most important the quality of the final product is superb. Please see photos of before/during demolition and after.

Wow! Cactus pools will not disappoint! I recently have my pool resurfaced and couldn’t be happier. The price was reasonable and the work was completed ahead of schedule and the pool turned out amazing! I highly recommend Cactus Pools!

I recently had my pool renovated and overall I’m very happy with the results. The quality of the remodel was great and the pricing was fair, which I really appreciated. The team did solid work and the final outcome looks fantastic. My only small concern was the communication throughout the process. After each stage of the renovation, I would have liked more proactive updates about what was coming next. I felt like I was the one reaching out with questions that could have been addressed ahead of time. That said, the finished product turned out beautifully, and I’m pleased with the overall experience. With a bit more communication, this would have been a perfect 5-star project

I won’t say that I am satisfied with the work done on my pool remodel. I will say that I am THRILLED with Cactus Pool Remodeling. The price was very fair and the communication was spot on. This is a family owned business with high moral standards. You know you picked the right company when all of the staff was happy and enjoyed working with each other. My rebar was repaired properly and my sad, damaged pool deck and interior looks amazing. Thank you Geo for all of your attention and a now beautiful pool!

Diego was responsive throughout the process, open to suggestions, and our end result is excellent

From bad to gorgeous!! Cactus Pools and Spas really did a good job! AND!! This isn’t even all the pics!! Pool and Fire pit is also Amazing!! Fast and great pricing!!

Cactus Pools remodeled our pool and spa. They did amazing work. They stayed on schedule and finished the job in the time they told us. Geo was very professional and communicative through the whole process. I highly recommend them.

Cactus pool did a fantastic job on my pool. On time, didn't stop working, and a great price. I would highly recommend this company for any pool job you have. Gio was great. If I had a question, I would call him and he answered his phone, or called me back right away. I am 100% happy with the job they did. If you need work on your pool, call Cactus pools. You won't be sorry.

We recently had Cactus pool come out and remodel our pool. I can’t say enough great things about Geo and his company. Yes, he’s a young businessman. Don’t let that fool you. He’s great at what he does. He’s honest, fair, trustworthy, intelligent and performs above expectations. I know just how hard it is to trust someone with something like this. Most people don’t do something like a pool remodel very often in life, so finding trust is extremely difficult. We took that chance and gave Geo a shot. We couldn’t be happier with the results! We got everything we wanted, on budget and on time! Geo was punctual with setting appointments from the very start and has remained in contact with us long after our remodel was complete. Geo and his crews are making big changes in every yard they touch! If you’re on the fence about giving the young kid a shot, Do it. You will not be disappointed.

Gio was great at explaining what was happening with each step of the process and answered every question we threw at him. We are very pleased with the result. Highly recommend Cactus Pool Remodeling.

We had a great experience with cactus pools from the beginning. They have good communication and was able to answer our questions along the way. We had a resurface with mini pebble, a baja self added, along with new cool deck. We are very happy with the results and the look of the pool. Pricing was good and reasonable. He knows what he’s doing and is very responsible with his work and ensures customer satisfaction. I would recommend cactus pools to anybody who’s in the market for any pool needs.

I have a 35 year old pool that has not had any major work done to it since it was built. I had rebar spots coming through the plaster, the skimmer had grass growing it, the tile was falling off, the deck was cracked and chucks broke off and the plumbing was sucking in air. I didn’t know how I was going to get my pool to function properly and get it to “twinkle and sparkle” a beautiful blue again. Geo from Cactus Pool Remodeling came to the rescue. Everything we talked about needing repair was done when he said it would be done. His crews were curteous and knowledgeable . I have been amazed at the transformation of my pool and the timely manner it was completed. I highly recommend Geo and Cactus Pool Remodeling. You won’t be disappointed!

I highly recommend Geo and his crew at Cactus Pool Remodeling. They just recently finished a whole remodel for my 20 year old in the ground pool and it turned out gorgeous! They replaced the tile, plaster, and decking—all beautifully done. Plus they totally reshaped the pool steps with shortened risers to make it much easier for me to get in and out of the pool now that I’m partially disabled and unable to make it on those old 12” deep steps. I’m so pleased with every new detail and very satisfied with the quality of workmanship! Thank you, Geo and crew!

We just had our pool resurfaced and the deck upgraded! We made the right decision to have Cactus Pool Remodeling do the work! Geovani was very professional from he get go, when he scheduled something to be done it got done in a timely manner. I couldn’t be more pleased with the process and the outcome of our pool. I highly recommend Cactus Pool Remodeling if anyone is looking to get work done right!

We recently had Cactus Pool Remodeling work on our pool, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. They removed the old plaster with precision. What impressed us most was their attention to detail — and they made sure every step of the process was done right. They kept the worksite clean, stayed on schedule, and communicated with us throughout, so we always knew what was happening. Our pool now looks brand new, and we’ve already received so many compliments from friends and neighbors. If you’re looking for a company that takes pride in their work and delivers amazing quality, we highly recommend Cactus Pool Remodeling.

Great work, great price and great service, thank you Cactus Pools. I got estimates from 3 different pool companies before meeting with Geo at Cactus Pools. He showed up on time and we went over the project and he gave me a great price on the spot. I was in the middle of purchasing the home and wanted the old plaster pool resurfaced with a pebble tec right after I closed. The pool was drained, chipped out, resurfaced, retiled and ready to use 7 days after I bought the house. Don't look any further. Call Geo at Cactus Pools.

From the first day we met Geo we knew we would have an amazing pool. He explained everything and was easy to work with. Our pool looks amazing thanks to Geo and his team at Cactus Pool remodeling.

We’re so happy with how our pool turned out after getting it resurfaced by Cactus pools It looks amazing and feels brand new. I definitely recommend them! 😊

Geo and his crew were the ultimate professionals. Courtesy, knowledgeable, and hard-working are some of the hallmarks of his crew. They did an amazing job in a short period of time. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Recommending Cactus pools for anyone who wants excellent quality, great customer service, experienced company to handle all your pool needs. Giovani was very professional and friendly throughout the process. I can't believe they got my pool resurfacing done so fast. The employees worked so hard through the heat, and left no trace when they were done. I am very happy with the results and price.

Very pleased with the work done on my pool. Gio was amazing. Very communicative and knowledgeable. They walked us through the entire process. Would highly recommend.

They did a phenomenal job installing white mini pebble in our pool! Great work, great people & even better price! 10/10 would recommend

We absolute LOVE Cactus Pool! Geo has communicated and been so enjoyable to work with! On top of the quality customer service and care, they executed a beautiful remodel to our very, very over due pool! A plus for me was every single stage of the remodel they kept the rest of my yard clean and cared for, AND worked very fast and respectfully! Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you Cactus Pool!

In lieu of my lengthy review, in case you don't want to read all of it, Cactus Pools Remodeling Az is; FAST, COMPETITIVE PRICING, TRUSTWORTHY/ HONEST, CLEAN, PATIENT, PASSIONATE, AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH, VERY COMMUNICATIVE AND PRESENT!!! I received several quotes from pool companies over the past year and a half and even that seemed to be challenging due to lack of follow up, bidding too high, poor communication, not showing up etc. I noticed that I was slowly starting to chip away what I wanted to accomplish in the backyard because it was just too expensive but I'm glad I held out for the right company! Right away Geo stood out to me because of how quickly he responded; he replied back and came out same day. Left samples and answered a bunch of my questions. Had the pool drained and chipped out within days. The longest/ hardest part was me deciding what I actually wanted to do LOL I went from hearing "No" with other companies to "Yes" we can do that with Cactus Pools .. passionate people can make even the impossible happen :) He was patient and present throughout the entire process as we were indecisive and offered lots of feedback, he shared videos and pictures of previous jobs as it was hard for me to visualize what the pool could look like. His social media pages are great, if you have a hard time visualizing things look on his IG and TikTok accounts! In the end he did a really amazing job and transformed the 1970s pool into something more modern and inviting! What we did: We updated the electrical, new pump, added auto filler, added an aerator, added dedicated pool vac, new pool edging/coping, new mini pebble in aqua cool, waterline tile, added side steps in the deep end, installed working pool light and more for under every competitor's quote! I'm just truly blown away with the amount of care his team put into this job.. my kids having been swimming in it almost everyday since

Outstanding service and competitive pricing! Geo and his team did an amazing job — they went above and beyond. They were flexible and very communicative throughout the entire process, making scheduling easy and stress-free. They even worked around my availability to accommodate both an acid wash on my tile and the replacement of my pool light housing. Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Very professional very well done thank you guys everything looks great

Cactus Pool Remodeling did an amazing job on our pool! The team was professional, efficient, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their pool.

Great company! Very good price, responsive, on time! Cleaned up after the job! Finished on time!

Giovanni and his team at Cactus Pools were amazing! We got a fair price and he was helpful at each stage as we planned the design. Process was quick and nothing unplanned occurred. He also went the extra mile checking in regularly with me and making sure to come by and check things out each day the crew was there, even searching to find multiple options for tiles a few times as I was a little indecisive. They did such a great job I don’t think I’ll need to call them for a long time, but I know they will be my first call next time my pool needs anything.

The team at Cactus Pool Remodeling were outstanding. They were quick to respond, professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We had our skimmer and line replaced, new pebble tec, and decking done. It came out beautiful!! Thank you to Geo and the Cactus Pool Remodeling team for excellent work!! We highly recommend them!

Here's my heartfelt long review of our pool remodel. Because its something that we've wanted and needed to do for a long time. I can't say enough about how amazing Cactus Pool Remodeling was to make our visions come to life! We had a budget, literally had a half ass drawing of what we wanted and they made it happen!! They were super respectful of our property, they were very responsive with all the questions (yes there was alot 🤣) Most importantly they did a phenomenal job with their workmanship and actually caring about what they do! Thank you for doing a beautiful job on our pool! (Added before and after pictures)

A++ review from Geo and his crew!!! I shopped around and got about 5 bids to have my pool resurfaced from fiberglass to mini pebble. I decided on Cactus Pools because the price was fair and his amazing reviews on here and over on tiktok. Go check out his work on there. His crew was professional on time and clean. No mess left behind any day they worked. Geo took the time to answer all my 1000 plus texts I had. We ended up adding a sick waterfall, ran some new plumbing all on schedule. The process could have been very stressful but he kept me updated every step of the way. Look no further I already did all that work. His price is cheaper then most other company, not the cheapest, but that's OK you get what you pay for! Thank you again Geo and crew for all the hard work and making my backyard beautiful!!

Geo and his team are 100% quality. Geo is on time, responsible and professional, great price too. I will recommend to friends & family and for future projects!

Highly recommend cactus pool remodeling Had work done real fast and clean…

Gio and team at Cactus Pool Remodeling team did a wonderful job remodeling my pool! We purchased our home with an older pool that looked dated and visible wear and tear. Cactus removed all the old pebble tech in the pool as well as remaining pool tile and even a small area of rock. I was able to select the exact color of pebble tech that I wanted and add glass beads to enhance the sparkle! I selected my tile and added some fun to the stairs with turtle tiles that my kids loved! Lastly Cactus redid the pool deck and painted a beautiful gray that matched the pool tile. My family and I are so happy with our new pool and couldn’t believe that Cactus was able to finish all the work in about a week! I highly recommend Gio and the Cactus Pool team, they’re professional, stick to a strick schedule and are very reasonably priced!
