Pool remodeling in Fountain Hills
Fountain Hills is known for the big fountain in Fountain Park and for homes built into the hills. Many pools here sit on sloped lots, and that shapes how we plan a remodel.

Hillside pools need a close look at the shell
A pool on a slope often sits partly on built-up ground on its downhill side. Over the years that side can settle. The shell or the coping can crack as it does.
We look for that movement before we quote. Any structural crack repair happens first, so the new finish isn't laid over a problem.

Steep drives and tight access take planning
Hillside homes can have steep driveways, stairs down to the backyard, or no easy side gate. That changes how materials and gear get to the pool.
Point out the way to your backyard at your visit. Hard access is much easier to talk through before the job than during it.

Do you work in Fountain Hills?
Yes. It's on the far east side of the Valley from our west Phoenix office, and we still come out for a free on-site estimate.
My pool is on a slope and has a crack on the low side. Can it be fixed?
Often, yes. We check whether the crack is in the shell or only in the finish, then repair it before resurfacing. If the ground has settled, we'll explain what that means for the job.
Our backyard is only reachable by stairs. Can you still do the work?
Tell us about it when you book. We'll look at the route at the visit and talk through how materials would get to the pool.
My pool faces the mountains. Will a new finish change how it looks?
Yes, the finish sets the water color. Darker quartz or pebble makes the water look deeper, and lighter finishes look bright blue. We'll help you pick one that suits the view.
The deck around my pool has cracked too. Can you fix it?
Yes. Decks on sloped lots can crack where the ground shifts. We can repair or replace yours with new decking or hardscape while the pool is being redone.
Is financing available for Fountain Hills homes?
Yes, through Lyon Financial. We'll go over it with your estimate so you can plan the whole job at once.
