Pool remodeling in Mesa
Mesa is the third-largest city in Arizona, and lots of its homes belong to winter visitors. We fix up pools here for people who live here all year and people who come for the winter.

Pools that sit through the summer alone
Lots of Mesa homes belong to snowbirds who head north when it gets hot. A pool that goes months without close care can end up with stains, scale, or a rough finish by fall.
If that's your pool, a visit while you're in town lets you see the options in person. Most remodels take 1 to 4 weeks, so ask about timing then.

Steps you can actually use
Mesa has many 55+ communities, and getting in and out of the pool matters. Narrow or steep steps are one reason people stop swimming.
A remodel is a good time to fix that. Steps can be rebuilt or reshaped while the pool is empty. Then the new finish goes over everything at once.

I'm only in Mesa for the winter. Can the work happen while I'm away?
Talk it through with us at your estimate. You'll get the schedule in writing before any work starts, so you can plan around your trip.
My pool sat all summer and feels rough. Does it need resurfacing?
Not always. If the finish is sound under the stains, our Revival Package cleans it and adds a protective treatment. If it's worn through, a new finish is the better fix, and we'll tell you which.
Can you make my pool steps easier to use?
Yes. Steps can be rebuilt or reshaped as part of a remodel. We'll look at how you get in and out now and suggest changes at the visit.
Who looks after the new finish if I'm not here?
We handle the pool start-up, which is when a new surface needs the most careful water care. After that, your pool service can take over.
Do you cover all of Mesa?
Yes, east and west. We serve the city from our office at 8940 W Sells Dr in Phoenix and come to you for the free estimate.
Is financing available in Mesa?
Yes, through Lyon Financial. Ask about it at your estimate and we'll explain how it works.
